The proposal is aimed at improving Chicago's Union Station, a key transportation hub connecting the Midwest and beyond. Despite playing a significant role in Chicago's growth, the station has been struggling with congestion and capacity issues. The proposal suggests modernizing and expanding the station by creating a new concourse and supplement entrance to the tracks, aimed at easing congestion and enhancing access. In addition, the project aims to create an inviting and dynamic landscape that will showcase the beauty of Chicago and promote growth in the surrounding areas. The objective is to establish a more attractive and accessible destination that will enhance the traveler's experience. By providing a cohesive experience between the wind and the train station, the project seeks to create a more relaxed and comfortable environment that allows passengers to move at their own pace, while simultaneously propelling them towards their destinations.
